html files for chapter 4 problems are not provided (contrary to what is said) #14

For both questions 8 and 9, it is said that the html files are provided. However, this is not the case in both the websites materials, the zipped ones and here in repo.

The files missing are:

  1. Naturalizations.xml
  2. cwgc-uk.kml

I am really enjoying going through the book, especially the exercises and it would be nice for me and others to have these materials available.
