Make HTTP client timeout configurable #21

Chargify's API has been taking more than 10 seconds to respond to some of my requests. This change makes the timeout user configurable.

Hi. Thank you for your interest in the project and for your contribution. This looks good, but could you please re-target the changes to the develop branch?

I'm going to close this for now, but if you can re-submit this to the develop branch I'll make sure it gets merged and tagged.
