Bigger base canopies rarely steerable #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Flying big base canopy

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Canopies should be nicely steerable, but sometimes you need even a combination 
of steering line and front riser after full flare to get the canopy turn 90 
degrees in a decent time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Pro 0.6 patch 2
Windows 7
