Create new auth pages & refactor

I've added new auth pages related to the registration process and refactored the code.

Details:

added a new env VITE_EMAIL_CONFIRMATION_REQURIED to disable or enable the registration process
added view for logged users to change password
added dropdown for user's options
refactored permissions (now it's called once while a user logs in)
created a page for register confirmation
created a page for email confirmation
created a page for registration
created a page for forgotten password
created a page for updating password
refactored the styles
refactored folder structure (now it should be easier for newcomers to configure applications)
