add Mysql and PGsql. get value ib before and store in Variant

I only test postgresql , mysql and sqlite. Others is not test. and Others need to make perfect.

add dbType(). let users through dbType() and rawData() to resolve by himself.

can you tell me what fmt style you used (which dfmt parameters)?
