content of MicrobeAnnotator_DB directory #59

Hi Carlos, Based on the documentation, the MicrobeAnnotator_DB dir should have dir protein_db and two files, but after downloading I got these 4 directories kofam_data, protein_db, temp_refseq_proteins, temp_swissprot_dat_files and these 3 files temp_trembl_dat_files uniprot_swissprot.table uniprot_to_refseq.txt uniprot_trembl.table

I wonder whether every thing is right?
