Can it be combined with any pangenome pipeline? #7

Just wonder if MicrobeAnnotator can be combined with results from pangenmoe pipeline?

What program and what format files do you have?

As Josh mentioned it depends on your files. If your pangenome pipeline gives you a set of proteins you can use them. If you have lists of KO identifiers you could also use it.
