also fixed some stray quotes in your js, and fixed the <!doctype html> tag to uppercase

Please try to keep unrelated changes in separate pull requests, so they can be accepted/rejected individually.

I like many of your changes, but this pull request contains too many unrelated changes, some of which I don't want to merge.

If you have the time and patience, you can submit pull requests for individual, more focused changes.

Otherwise, feel free to keep working on your fork, and recommend it to people instead of the original!
