What if I want to edit the bib list from the UX?

[ ] on the left we shall have a file explorer showing all the files in the reponame/paper/ repository.
[ ] users shall be able to upload figures (.pdf, .png, .jpg) in the figures/ folder from the UX.
[ ] changes are not saved when moving from one file to another, but we'll have tabs. Let's add a warning when you close a tab.
