Purpose

This PR adds config file for Beelink GS1.

Considerations for reviewers

This box was already discussed on IRC. At the time, there was problem with suspend functionality - board immediatelly rebooted. It turns out that most boards (3/4 tested) have non-working external 32k oscillator. Solution is to fix DT so internal oscillator is used instead. After that, everything works as expected.
