New defconfig for a64-olinuxino(-emmc), enable CEC on pine64-lts and plus

Hello.

Debian users have successfully tested the following defconfig on actual hardware with crust/0.5.

CONFIG_MFD_AXP20X=y
CONFIG_CEC=y

The tested platforms` are:

• configs/a64-olinuxino_defconfig (new platform, enabling CEC)
• configs/a64-olinuxino-emmc_defconfig (new platform, enabling CEC)
• configs/pine64-lts_defconfig (enable CEC)
• configs/pine64_plus_defconfig (enable CEC)

You may want to distribute the changes in next release.

If so, the appropriate contents for the current VCS head is:

CONFIG_PLATFORM_A64=y
CONFIG_MFD_AXP20X=y
CONFIG_CEC=y
