Complete "credentials" implementation #72

At the moment, credentials (system) is hanging in between.

Implementation needs to be completed:

[x] move password field from users.password to credentials (kind CredentialsKindHash)
[x] move satosa field from users.satosa to credentials (kind CredentialsKindSatosa)
[x] write migration (sql) for both
[x] remove obsolete (satosa, password) fields
