tide-search results are incorrect when exact-pvalue is used with non-tsv formats #225

If a user runs tide-search with exact p-values and asks for results in any format other than tab-delimited, then all the results (including the tab-delimited results) will be wrong. The XCorr score will be reported in place of the exact p-value, and the scores will be sorted incorrectly.

There is a user request for this feature from Hiromasa Tojo hirogoec@hotmail.com. When a fix is checked in, please respond to that email and cc crux-users.
