solution for animated png #154

Animated pngs will be seen by pywright as just a single frame of the animation.

Solutions to support animated pngs:
* converter, like gif2strip
   * issue is png and apng both look like png. need to load every .png to see if it is animated or not
* somehow hack pywright png to support animated version (this would be best, 
just like supporting animated gifs natively would be great)
