Change the port it listens to #11

1337 is a port that's somewhat used and can bring problems, especially if other apps are running into the same server.

Suggestion is to change the default port, and/or make it configurable via an environment variable.

This is a good change, working on it on https://github.com/crybapp/portals/pull/12. Closing this for now!
