If you're trying to control a group of ioBroker devices, you should create an ioBroker state which can be changed by the discord adapter. This state triggers the change of all related devices by a script or blockly.
Discord has this opetion to group commands. For exapmple:
/lamps on
but I don't see an option for this in the adapter
