IP floating window has displacement when in full screen mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter full screen mode
2. Put the mouse cursor on a ip address

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A floating window is expected to hovering on the ip address. However, this
window will have a one-line displacement to the address
