Won't Launch (Extensions) - Update or Repair *solved* #110

I have running Pop OS 21.04 and i used the script everything seemed to of went fine and now when ever i try to open it it simply does nonething (yes i allowed launching), by nonething it seems to do something because i can see wine start up in the system monitor but after a couple of seconds it just closes. I dont know if this would have anything to do with it but i did select to install robodk at the end of the installation process. When ever i re use the script and select repair i am met with a single line saying "Can't open input file /home/notgonnadoxmyself/.local/share/fusion360log/log.txt" so i am completely confused

@paperfurball953 If you have installed Autodesk Fusion 360 with the standard option, then you can use the first option:

Otherwise you should get a window with the second option in which the path to your current installation is displayed. The best thing to do is to enter this path yourself in the input bar in the next window, after which everything should work as usual.

I hope I could help you with that, otherwise feel free to ask. :+1:

@paperfurball953 And I have seen that you have another path!

When ever i re use the script and select repair i am met with a single line saying "Can't open input file /home/notgonnadoxmyself/.local/share/fusion360log/log.txt" so i am completely confused

... the problem was two bugs what I have solved now!

You must download the newest script!

And if have then also problems with running Autodesk Fusion 360 on your system then please check my [documentation] (https://github.com/cryinkfly/Fusion-360---Linux-Wine-Version-/wiki/Documentation). Especially the developers area!

I completely deleted all of the files because the uninstall wasnt working and after using both repair and just selecting new installation both which seemed as if it was working, didnt fix it not launching. so i deleted all the files by hand and now i am met with errors when every i try to reinstall it i get met with the attached image and am now completely lost error (edit) i just now realized this is also happening when i run sudo apt update so i think its due to something else (edit 2) that issue appears to of fixed its self it was the result of the company who made the package uploading a newer version to the mirror and it was blocking it from installing fusion 360 and now i have got it installed thanks for your help
