Extension Manager doesn't install all selected options! - Alpha Version *solved* #121

When I run the manager-extensions-standard or manager-extensions-custom into the fusion360-setup-wizard.sh then the Extension Manager doesn't install all selected options! (Alpha version)

But when I run only manager-extensions-standard or manager-extensions-custom in a separate file then the Extension Manager install all selected options.
