The drop down windows to display items are bugged/streaming issues too - Specially Discord

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to: just open fusion 360 in ubuntu and anything you drag infront of it the dropdown stays infront of it. Same with editing sketch window, or any window you open to change the details. It hovers over all your other windows and does not show up to people you are streaming your screen to. These are the only kind of windows on fusion I am aware of that cause this problem but it would be really helpful if they didn't do that! Also it would help alot if someone working with me could see those windows too because it makes communication much harder.

2. Click on: not only is it in the way but u can still click on those menus like document settings and it is really annoying when you are trying to open up files and do other things. Also when you pull things up on the same monitors half the time it will minimize that other window u have open over and over

3. Also, when I am streaming in Discord other people can not see these drop down menus so something is messed up.

4. See error

Expected behavior I expect for those menus to go behind

• Graphics card model + Graphics card driver (Version number): -- Radeon Rx 580 8GB AMD Card. Running on Ubuntu driver version amdgpu-pro 21.30
• Operating system (OpenSUSE Leap 15.3, Fedora 34, ...) -- Ubuntu server 21.10
• Desktop environment (XFCE 4.16, Gnome 40, ...) -- GNOME Shell 40.5
• DXVK- or OpenGL-Mode -- OpenGL version 3.0 -- Mesa 21.2.2

Additional context 3 Issues need looked at

1. The menus that show all the components show up over every window and can click them too over a window that's open over fusion

2. These windows above cannot be seen when streaming over discord

3. When I try to open windows over fusion, sometimes they keep disappearing behind Fusion and fusion becomes the window that is open and the only way I can do whatever I am trying to do is to move it to another monitor
