Wrong rendering of the BROWSER menu

Describe the bug I am encountering graphical glitches of the BROWSER menu. It is enough to open any project and try to click in the browser - select different bodies for example. Then it will start to be all corrupted.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open side Browser menu
2. Click at any closed Submenu to open it.

Expected behavior Menu will open properly.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Version number of Autodesk Fusion 360: latest as of 9.12.2023
• Graphics card model + Graphics card driver (Version number): NVIDIA RTX 3070, proprietary nvidia driver 525.147.05
• Operating system: Kubuntu 22.04 LTS
• Desktop environment: KDE5
• App was tested with OpenGL core profile, DirectX 9 and 11

Additional context To temporarily fix the issue it is enough to close the Browser and open it again.

It happens also with AMD GPU and possibly Intel too, but much less rarely. With NVidia there are more graphical glitches.
