White Overlay on splash Screen #371

The best way to describe it is this image : image The Program launches and for a split second you see the fusion logo, after that, its like an overlay on the window (you can verify its an overlay because if you look closely i have resized the windows but the white stuff has not resized and also because if you look at my taskbar you can see the fusion logo on the app. Any ideas for a fix?
