GUI displaying on top of other windows #376

Description: The browser, comments and bottom toolbar in Fusion display on top of all active windows

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open Fusion 360
Open another application/window
Put the app in front of Fusion
Watch as parts of the GUI are still there

Fusion 360 version: 2.0.15509
Graphics card model: NVIDIA 3070 Ti
Graphics driver: 535.146.02
Operating system: Linux mint 21.3
Desktop environment: X-Cinnamon

This isn't a new issue. It's been a problem with the X11 windowing system and Fusion 360 for the lifecycle of this project (well at least the 3 years I've been using this project)

The solution is waiting for the Wayland driver for wine to be further developed, as that will handle windowing layers better
