Fixes wine version check not working for dot releases at or higher than 9.10 #427

📝 Description

As discussed in #426 the wine comparison doesn't work when the wine version is from the 9 series but the dot release is 2 digits.

📑 Context

Users may be confused if they know they have the minimum required, but the install script tells them they don't.

I hope you appreciate that the dot release of the script is also now double digits :smiley:
