Only thing I'm not certain about is why Apix was not an option for SPR to already (just want to make sure it wasn't intentionally disabled because it breaks something). I enabled it for SPR, and used it to override the value in the header if specified, as it's needed for dose weighting.
It's also nice to be able to specify pixel size anyways, since sometimes the pixel size is found to be slightly different after refinement.
Otherwise, I tested this every way I could imagine and nothing broke.
