Merge Multiple Changes in Preparation to Integrate Dynamic Text Input #65

This request includes multiple changes as follows:

  1. Improves the splash screen;
  2. Adds code to ignore setTimer warnings in Android;
  3. Replaces View component with KeyboardAvoidingView where useful;
  4. Adds a snooze interval;
  5. Changes check-in interval range from 10 to 24 seconds and adds strikethrough text indicating that the interval will ultimately be in hours;
  6. Updates the Code of Conduct, simplifying it to allow maintainers to reserve all rights and remedies under law.
