[Request] Improve display of size and duration units #1328

Describe the feature

UI labels like "maxAge=3600s", "Duration: 90s", "Archival Period: 900" would be much nicer to read as "maxAge=1h", "Duration: 1 minute 30 seconds", "Archival Period: 15 minutes", etc.

Anything other information?
