wrf2cosipy utility doesn't generate SLOPE and ASPECT input data #26

Run-time error because init_result_dataset in io.py assumes these variables are in the input dataset.

Thanks, in new release on master (COSIPY v1.3.1) SLOPE and ASPECT are optional for the core run
