Draw a changelog page #37

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We don`t have a changelog page on the website

Describe the solution you'd like Draw a changelog for the website. But note, a long time ago @Nocuma already drew something in addition. Now the only question would be, if you take the same layout/design as out of the game. Or a slightly modified one for the website. But the content and the order of the features must be identical.
