Update to nuxt 3 #319

We will work on this issue on the nuxt3 branch.

We will work on this on the side and only merge the code if everything works. Nuxt3 is still in beta but we can still check if everything works from time to time and once we and nuxt are ready we can merge the nuxt3-update branch into master.
