Reason for this PR:

deployment of double-spending protection service done

Changes in this PR:

doublespending protection service is added to docker images file and can be deployed + started

You decide. At this point it is deployed but not tested. Since it doesn't break anything we can merge it and test later, or test on this branch :)

While looking through the issue list, I was just reminded that requests to the dsprotection service are currently unauthenticated. Lets merge this PR and give the commit a descriptive name, then I will add the authentication via shared secret in a separate PR next.
