Implement genesis signature process
Distinguish between UserPreKeyPair and UserKeyPair (which contains a signature on the upk)
Add a crypto TestSuite that can be used in other projects through testFixtures with a set up incentive systems and user/provider keys
Along the way:
- Remove some deprecated apis
- Fixed some odd paths/naming with automatic refactoring
