Reason for this PR:

Images were served from pixabay directly, does not work in a demo environment without internet access
Put images into static vue folder that is server via nginx anyways
Image name policy: promotion_name_snake_case.jpg
Add default image in case something went wrong
Remove any 'nutella' branding and replace it with hazelnut spread
