Shortened representation of group elements #1

Group elements are no longer opaquely represented as (decimal) strings, but instead as BigIntegerRepresentations, which makes for shorter serializations.

Changes are now integrated into branch lazy with commit c8be960e8d68bcef7cd6f0ad5284ceed9cbc83f2
