Better management when the DApp is accessed by a user with a disconnected wallet #68

The backend was down and the user's wallet disconnected.

Current behavior: image

Expected behavior: Do not show a error a message, but inform the need to connect a wallet. To no have a complete clean page (no content) in such situation we could have a hero page as the first page for the DApp.
