Bump `sunodo/sdk` to 0.4.0 #71

sunodo/sdk:0.4.0 is released, and we should have a @sunodo/cli:0.12.0 released at anytime now.

I can try to tackle this bump, just let me know.

I'm not entirely sure whether this would work with the backend using EggRoll, that is currently built with Sunodo SDK v0.2.0... You may try doing so on top of #48, which migrates to Rollmelette. I've got a sense it would work there.
