If it is a common error our payment box should be able to display what went wrong. For your case it looks like it does not - could you help to open up developer console and check the error that our server returned in the network tab?

Enable debug mode in Addon settings page:

Go through the checkout flow again, then you should be able to see the log of creating payments. Clicking on the response button can view our response. Please let us know if there is any error. You may email to pay@crypto.com if there is any private information.

I have done the refunded status did not generate the request I wonder is there a refund function?

We do find issue in refund function for PrestaShop 1.7.7.0 or above. Is that the version you are using? You may use Crypto.com merchant dashboard to refund for now. We will fix this issue as soon as possible. Thanks.
