feathercoin wallet support #28

FYI, I've been using this for a bit now and it seems that api.feathercoin.com lags behind the blockchain significantly. Might want to demo it a bit to see if it's the kind of user-experience you want people to have. It works ok for me but it's annoying about the latency in reporting.

I'm not great at this (git pull requests). So I'm not sure if I did it correctly.
