The org_name has a double meaning which is not reflexted before this PR. So we have some sort of mapping for the specter-static repo:

If the orgName is NOT cryptoadvance of the specter-desktoprepo, than the orgName of the specter-static repo has the same org (for testing purposes (k9ert/specter-desktop --> k9ert/specter-static)
If the orgName is cryptoadvance, then the repo for specter-static is in the org "swan-bitcoin" (cryptoadvance/specter-desktop --> swan-bitcoin/specter-static)
