Tor improvements

People run tor in many different ways, we should support them:

• [ ] on a different device and port https://github.com/cryptoadvance/specter-desktop/issues/381 https://github.com/cryptoadvance/specter-desktop/issues/317
• [ ] using tor password, not authcookie ( https://linuxconfig.org/install-tor-on-ubuntu-18-04-bionic-beaver-linux#h6-4-enable-tor-control-port )
• [ ] without tor (we already bundle tor for mac and win, would be nice to do the same on linux)

I tried getting the tor hidden service to run, but failed. Neither in the gui, nor --tor worked. Platform: Kubuntu 22.04.1 LTS x86_64

• "Test Connection" worked with socks5h://127.0.0.1:9050. But failed with socks5://127.0.0.1:9050 . What is the h doing there?

• Even though the "Test Connection" worked I get later (or at startup)

  WARNING in specter: Failed to connect to Tor control port. Error: [Errno 111] Connection refused

• https://github.com/cryptoadvance/specter-desktop/blob/master/docs/tor.md needs also an update: There is no section "Tor Hidden Service" in Specter

I think if tor works stable, it would be an easy way to access Specter on mobile (as a mobile wallet, e.g. to generate receive addresses), while specter is running in the background on the desktop computer:

1. Install TorBrowser on mobile
2. Scan QR Code for the onion URL.
3. Done

AFAICT these three tasks are already implemented, therefore issue can be closed - unless I am missing something naturally.
