This PR enables smartcard functionality by default, also adds a few minor changes:

different change address labeling
notification about missing sigs - Close https://github.com/cryptoadvance/specter-diy/issues/94
disables developer mode because it's scary and nobody is using it yet (need to rethink how to deal with it)
