complete rewrite of QR GUI component #214

qrcode gui component can now accept either text or QREncoder instance. Text is never animated, QR encoder can be animated and encoding was rewritten to use memory more efficiently. Currently 3 QR encoders are implemented:

Text based that splits text into chunks and adds pMofN prefix
Crypto-psbt ur2 encoder (modern animated QR format from blockchain commons, used in many software wallets)
Legacy UR:BYTES format as it is still used in some projects like BTCPay server.
