CRYPTO 2022: fix latin characters of one author

Hi,

I would like to fix the spelling of my first and last name for a CRYPTO22 reference. My last name has previously already been correctly entered in a reference to the ePrint paper corresponding to the CRYPTO paper (see EPRINT:DegKar22).
