Correct ROCA entry. #230

Authors use names without accents, see for example the preprint page: https://crocs.fi.muni.cz/public/papers/rsa_ccs17 but also the conference publication page: https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/3133956.3133969

I will merge this PR and will fix the other entries associated with the same authors.

However, to keep this problem from reappearing, it would probably be a good idea to contact DBLP (see https://dblp.org/pid/185/1617.html and https://dblp.org/pid/125/3004.html) and ask them to also change it.

Good point, the first author might go under "Matúš Nemec" or "Matus Nemec" but never "Matús Nemec" like DBLP has it. The second author might go both under "Marek Sýs" or "Marek Sys" so that DBLP entry can be ok. I will let them know and decide themselves :)
