Hi,
when running a protocol over multiple regions the fabfile tries to upload file from the non-existing directories InstancesConfigurations/party0/ etc. E.g. here https://github.com/cryptobiu/MATRIX/blob/bf1b5d81cfb459c2c5999fb8c8706cc5487adbf3/Execution/fabfile.py#L113

Are these directories still used? I have not found any code referencing them.
