Add Groestlcoin (GRS) #93

Groestlcoin (https://www.groestlcoin.org/, GRS) is a coin that has an explorer on blockchair.com (https://blockchair.com/). It supports segwit and has a lightning infrastructure.

The mainnet and testnet aspects of this PR have been tested with https://github.com/Groestlcoin/zap-desktop which is a fork of the bitcoin lightning software: https://github.com/LN-Zap/zap-desktop.
