It is a known bug that irssi-otr does not encrypt /me commands, maybe more actions are not encrypted, needs to be code reviewed.

irssi-otr doesn't handle ACTION PRIVMSGs in queries.

What about /quote msg

Pidgin-OTR is also affected.

It would be quite necessary to have SOME kind of warning at some point... At least until it's fixed. This is an important issue as there is no visible warning that it is sent as cleartext and ACTION PRIVMSGs are sometimes used in a conversation.
