/otr genkey doesn't do anything #71

  1. Start irssi (latest stable)
  2. Load otr (1.0.2)
  3. Generate key with /otr genkey
  4. Wait.

Key generation doesn't do anything. I waited for 10+ minutes. The otr dir is created, but no keys are generated and CPU usage is zero. Trying otr genkey again says "already generating key."

Ubuntu 17.04 (also Raspbian 9)
