Trading in pairs with ETH and USDT. #66

Hello ALL!

I think it's right to make another branch trading in pairs with ETH and USDT. And profit in ETH & USDT. I think it's not difficult to update.

The trading logic is written in BTC, plus running two bots on the same exchange isn't possible. The proper way to do this is to add support for multiple base currencies to the bot which is a lot of work.
