importProfitLoss does not handle Bleutrade #82

Just noticed it while messing with the exchange support code.

Yes, that is old import code that was added way before Bleutrade was around, and it's never executed for new users. I have kept it around mostly for reference and am planning to get rid of it alongside of a lot of other similar old upgrade code.
